This light cotton dress has a swingy pleated “grass” ruffle and appliqué flowers. Available in size 12 months, 2T, 3T, 4T, 5/6, 7/8, 9/10.

A-line dress worked in the round from the bottom up, divided for armholes and worked back and forth to the top. Features mock pleat ruffle, and flowers worked separately, with i-cord stems sewn on, and button centers.
