Frivolitee Socks
The Frivolitee socks (and matching beret) are designed for your inner gypsy. They are warm, bright, cheerful and fun to knit. There are a variety of simple techniques - a little colourwork, a little lace, an easy border, and you have a comfortable well- fitted sock that will make you happy just to look at.
The socks are knit top down in the round, except for the border which is knitted separately and can be omitted if preferred. The pattern includes written instructions and charts for the colourwork and the lace.
The lovely yarn used here is traditionally dyed with natural dyes and will glow with colour in the lamplight or candlelight as well as in the light of day.
