Frilly Crocheted Shoes
Use the bottoms of an old pair of flip flops and some hooking skills to make yourself a fancypants new pair of special occasion shoes! You could even dress them up or down to your liking with your choice of ribbon or laces each time you wear them.
I don’t really know what I’m doing when it comes to crochet design, so this is more of a craft tutorial than a crochet pattern - use the step-by-step to learn how the shoes are constructed, and improvise your own versions of the actual crochet stitching, especially if you’re an expert with a hook!
A full pattern for how I made these is included, and it’s written to work for any shoe size and gauge - stitch numbers will be totally dependent upon shoe size, hook size, yarn weight, etc, but this basic pattern is flexible.
This pattern is part of the October leethal quick knits club mini-ebook, which also includes knit patterns for drink sweaters, a lapel flower, and other crafty goodness.
