Flipping For Pine Cones
Introducing a new technique for double knitting: lace! Easy to do and visually appealing, this technique creates a naturally open fabric that won’t pull apart and does not require blocking to show off the lace. Free for a limited time, you’ll love this stylish winter neck scarf that can be flipped any which way and still look great!
From the pattern:
“I started double knitting almost immediately after I started knitting and at the same time, fell in love with the technique. I soon realized that there were no double knit lace patterns, a rather large gap for those who enjoy both lace and double knitting such as myself. This pattern seeks to remedy this and moreover creates a stylish winter garment that looks good in the snow or the sunshine no matter how it’s flipped.”
