Both are easy knits~ :yarn:
A fun and easy to knit in the round hat with a bit of an extra interest in a five stitch detail for as shown medium size 8” in height, 18.5” around the ribbing. The large size measures 10“ in height, 20.5“ around the ribbing. No bind off, just an easy way to finish the decreased crown. The pattern is entirely written.

The matching scarf is knitted flat, growing and decreasing at the beginning and again at the end, showing a pretty eyelet detail along one side. The scarf measures 72” in length and 4.5” in width. Written pattern.

Yarn The yarn used for both projects is a washable (good thing) worsted weight so this is a quick knit. The pom is included in the complete set and/or hat knit kit at Yarnz2go.

Notions needed US size 7 (4.5 mm) circular needle 16”, (42 cm) in length.
Stitch marker for the hat.
Tapestry needle or crochet hook for finishing.

Gauge 16 sts and 23 rows in 4” of stockinette stitch.
