ABOUT THE DESIGN
Dragon Rider is a unisex neck warmer inspired by medieval armor. Knit in the striking Smoke Quartz Haze fade set from La Bien Aimée, the colors transition seamlessly from shadowed depths through smoky mauves into silvery neutrals - like mist drifting across the sky.

Dimensional 3D dragon scales cascade from the neck over the shoulders and chest, creating bold, sculptural texture. Each scale is adorned with three silver beads, catching the light like fragments of polished armor. The high ribbed collar is both elegant and functional, framing the piece with clean structure.

Bold yet refined, textured yet fluid, Dragon Rider is not simply worn - it is inhabited.

You can make TWO neck warmers using 2 skeins of fingering weight yarn (over 400 yards each) if you work the colors in reverse - instead of starting the second piece with A, begin with B.

YARN FADE KITS
This design is a collaboration with the incredible La Bien Aimée, a company I truly admire for its artistry and beautiful color sense. For this piece, I used the 2-skein Smoke Quartz Haze fade set in Super Sock. It’s a dreamy, nuanced fade that brings depth and movement to the design. This set along with other stunning colorways like Purple Haze, Pink Haze, Yellow Haze, Chartreuse Haze and Rose Quartz Haze are available at LaBienAimee.com. Don’t miss out on your favorite.

If the fade set you’re hoping for is currently sold out, simply click “Notify When Available” on the product page to be the first to know when it’s restocked..
