Dingle Socks
Dingle socks are all about feeling at home and embracing an eternal coziness. A very loose fit in combination with soft donegal tweed yarn makes them perfect companions for long winter evenings and weekends. Knitted cuff down in one universal adult size. Heels worked with german short rows.
Please note, the pattern has only been tested by me.
Yarn: Soft Donegal Tweed (I had some scraps of weaving yarn
from Studio Donegal), but any worsted/aran weight yarn will work; a total of 102 g for a pair of socks.
Needles: 3.0 mm (2.5 US) double pointed or circular needles; I used circular needles to work the two socks at the same time using magic loop.
Gauge: 20 sts and 25 rows in 10x10 cm with 3.00 mm (2.5 US) needles and stockinette stitch; the fabric has to be pretty dense for
socks to have a longer life.
Sizing: one size fits all. Adjust the length of foot to account for different sizes.
