Curly-Toed Elf Slippers
Pattern description from Weekend Knitting: “Inspired by the children’s classic The Elves and the Shoemaker by the Brothers Grimm, Kate Sokoloff designed these whimsical slippers with bulky quick-knit yarn so, she says, ‘they can magically appear overnight to warm the elf-toes of children.’ Weekend Knitting technical editor Lori Gayle came up with the idea to adapt the pattern to include the Christmas stocking.”
Finished Measurements: To fit up to child’s shoe size 4, (7, 11.5). Christmas stocking approximately 14 inches around the top opening, and 18 inches long from top to toe.
