Stunning shallow crescent shawl with beaded lace border for a luxurious look. Short rows and garter stitch create the shape.
I used a crochet hook to attach 4mm miracle beads but these are optional. Miracle beads can be purchased from www.framptonbeads.com
This pattern was exclusive to the July Lace Lovers Club until October 2013.
Materials:
YarnAddict Twinkletoes Sock (4ply/Fingering; 75% superwash merino, 20% nylon, 5% stellina; 400m/440yds per 100g) x 1 skein
4mm (UK 8/US 6) circular needles, 80cm (32in) long
692 x 4mm miracle beads in white (optional)
0.75mm (UK 5-6/US 13) crochet hook for beading

Inner Crescent: 126cm/50in
Outer Crescent: 190cm/75in
Depth: 40cm/16in
Tension:
16 sts and 28 rows over 10cm/4in in garter stitch after blocking.
Exact tension is not essential but a difference in tension may affect the amount of yarn used.
