Color splash is a nice everyday sweater, which is perfect to use up left overs or skeins with different dye lots. This raglan sweater is easy to work with an irregular stranded partern, which can be repeated as often as you want. It gives you lots of space for your creativity.

The sweater is worked seamless and top down. After the neckline is shaped with short rows, the yoke is worked down to the bottom of the armhole increasing for the raglan line with m1R/m1L. In this part you’ll work the irregular stranded pattern. Then body and sleeves are separated and the body is worked down to the hem in rounds. Options for tailored, straight or A-line shaping are given in the pattern. Then sleeve stitches are placed back on the needle and sleeves are worked down to the cuffs in rounds adding the stranded pattern in the lower part.

The sweater is intended to be worn with approximately 2”/5cm of positive ease to make it comfortable to wear.

Yarn: Any yarn that gives you the proper gauge. Any DK/worsted weight yarn 200m/100g will work well.

Color splash ist ein Pulli, der zu vielem passt, und ist perfekt geeignet, Restknäuel oder Knäuel mit verschiedenen Farbnummern/Farbpartien zu verarbeiten. Der Raglanpullover ist leicht nachzuarbeiten und das unregelmäßige Fair Isle Muster kann so oft gestrickt werden wie man möchte und lässt viel Raum für die eigene Kreativität.

Der Pullover wird nahtlos von oben nach unten gestrickt. Zuerst wird der Halsausschnitt mit verkürzten Reihen gearbeitet, danach wird der obere Teil in Runden bis zu den Armausschnitten gestrickt. Während der Raglanzunahmen, die mit m1R/m1L gearbeitet werden, wird das Fair Isle Muster gestrickt. Dann werden die Ärmelmaschen stillgelegt und der Körper in Runden bis zum Bündchen gestrickt. Der Körper kann gerade tailliert oder mit einer A-Linie gearbeitet werden. Danach werden die Ärmelmaschen wieder aufgenommen und die Ärmel in Runden bis zur gewünschten Länge gestrickt, wobei im unteren Teil das Fair Isle Muster gearbeitet wird.
