Everyone knows one, or perhaps is one? Someone who collects coins. They have all the tools of the trade, magnifying glasses, perhaps a loupe, white gloves, tongs with rubber tips, cleaning cloths, caliper, tubes of plastic, plastic disks to hold the truly precious coins. Massive books to learn which are valuable, and a desk is mandatory. They also have those navy blue fold out books that house penny’s (and others) over many years. My Dad was such a collector so I have one of those books that begins from the year I was born, until the day he finished the book when he gave it to me. To honor my father who passed in the month this design came to fruition, as well as all of those who collect, I give you, the Coin Collector. Cause you know, there’s a bit of a collector in every one of us. We all have a stash, SABLE or not, we all collect something, even if it’s just dust bunnies, ok, dust monsters in my home. :-)
