Caterpillar Mitts
A pair of stretchy chunky/bulky fingerless mitts worked in the round using multiple colours.
From the pattern:
“A quick gift knit (the sample shown took about 5 hours to knit; weaving in the ends took the longest!). Great for using up leftovers lingering in the stash.”
“One single stripe takes about 6 yds, depending on gauge of course.”
The sample shown uses five different colours; using a total of about 80yds/50g of yarn.
Techniques/stitches used: Knit, purl, placing sts on hold on waste yarn; picking up sts; backwards loop cast on; cast on and bind off of your choice
Additional materials needed:
Waste yarn and darning needle for weaving in ends.
