I will donate all the proceeds from this pattern to the American Cancer Society.

As of 01 Jan 2019, I have donated $53.60 from sales of this pattern.

This earwarmer is quick to knit and can be embellished any way you want. It is worked flat and then seamed together in the back. Rows are knit across the long dimension, and short rows are added in the center to create extra width.

Stashbuster alert - this pattern uses less than 100 yards of worsted weight yarn. You have that lying around already, right?

The finished circumference is 18”, and it will stretch to fit most adults.

I designed this earwarmer to help my friend Paula and her team in the McKinney, TX Relay for Life, benefitting the American Cancer Society. They will be adding ribbons, patches and pins to jazz them up and sell as a team fundraiser.

Thank you to rwilliams for her testing and refinement of the pattern.

Don’t know how to work short rows? Here’s a great video explanation from KnittingHelp.com. This project would be an excellent way to practice the technique.
