Butterfly Sophia
My first of three butterfly designs is named for my oldest niece, Sophia. Perfectly sized at 5” wide, she’s pretty as a princess and makes mixing it up look easy!
Like her kitschy cousins from the 70’s, she is crocheted in the round and then folded in half to create her beautiful butterfly shape! She is definitely an INTERMEDIATE level pattern. She combines basic granny beginnings followed by cluster shells and just the right amount of fancy with her playfully placed picots.
At 13 pages, it’s practically an eBook, that’s because it has been freshly updated to include a completely PRINTER FRIENDLY VERSION. Hooray! But the PHOTO TUTORIALS for the ANTENNAE and ASSEMBLY are still there for you :)
