Butterfly Catalyna
My second butterfly design is named for my middle niece, Catalyna. Perfectly sized at 4.75” wide, she’s smooth and unfussy with just a hint lace!
Like her kitschy cousins from the 70’s, she is crocheted in the round and then folded in half to create her beautiful butterfly shape! This BEGINNER FRIENDLY beauty is also my go-to of the three! With her airy V-stitch design, she uses much less yarn than you’d think. Plus, she’s so easy to make, you can practically whip her up on auto-pilot. She’s the perfect little project to use up all of those tiny balls of scraps you’ve been hiding in the bottom of your project bag!
At 11 pages, it’s practically an eBook, that’s because it has been freshly updated to include a completely PRINTER FRIENDLY VERSION. Hooray! But the PHOTO TUTORIALS for the ANTENNAE and ASSEMBLY are still there for you :)
