The wrap measures 35 cm (14”) at the waist and has a 32.5 cm (13”) rise. The hat has a 35 cm (14”) head circumference.

Instructions for bows and ribbon-pom are included - these require the use of a hot glue gun or similar.

For wrap, you will need: Approximately 150 m (160 yd) DK yarn, 3.50 (E) mm hook, a button, 4 stitch markers, 3 m/yd of ribbon and a needle for neatening ends.

Buttons loops are sized to fit a 2.5 cm (1”) diameter button. Size can be varied and you will be instructed where to make changes in the pattern.

For hat, you will need: approximately 100 m (109 yd) DK yarn, a 3.50 (E) mm hook, some oddments of ribbon (you can take some from the 3m/yd wrap allowance), a stitch marker and a needle for neatening ends.

Optional: 3.00 mm (C/D) hook as an alternative to working the ears tightly.

If using wrap alone, why not replace the ribbon-pom with frills, lace, flowers, a bow or other embellishments!
