Brimpaen
Brimpaen is a pretty beanie with a little secret: the colourwork is much simpler than you would think. Only one colour is ever worked in a round, with all the colourwork deceptively created by slipped stitches. This makes for a warm, snug and slouchie beanie.
Brimpaen is named after a bush location in rural Victoria, Australia.
Construction:
Brimpaen is worked seamlessly in the round from the ribbed brim upwards. The body of the beanie can be worked in as few as one colour and as many as the knitter wishes. The sample uses ten.
