A buttoned entrelac cuff knitted in a choice of 2 weights. A real stashbuster!

A small project jam packed full of technique. Great for learning something new. Try your hand at entrelac, short rows, picking up stitches knitwise & purlwise, a simple buttonhole, a make one increase and a slip slip knit decrease. Included in the pattern is an explanation of every technique.

Warning! After the first one you will want to make more, they can be addictive.

Included in the pattern are photos, a complete list of abbreviations and a stitch glossary. Experience with reading patterns is recommended.

Advanced beginner to intermediate.

How this pattern came to be. My daughter came to me and requested that I make her a knitted wristband. I had many questions, but her answers were vague. She knew what she wanted, but not being a knitter she couldn’t really communicate her wishes to me in my language. My design, however, turned out to be just perfect. How often does that happen? I chose entrelac for the wristband thinking it would give just the right amount of dimension and interest to satisfy even the most difficult to please wearer or knitter.
