The colorwork design, in 3 variations with a separate chart for each, is inspired by a turtle motif that vanishes into a boxy geometric pattern when repeated. The fit of the hat is the same as the Beaded Curtain hat, just a little bit slouchy. If you want a snugger, beanie style hat, you can work 2 pattern repeats total instead of 2.5 total repeats.

You’ll need at least 75g of the main color and 25g of the contrast color to complete this hat.
