I designed this adorable little balm holder on a whim one evening when I was tired of digging through my purse for my lip balm. It requires very little in materials and works up in less than a half hour. It is also worked seamlessly, which means only 2 ends to weave in! It can be easily added to any purse, bag, back pack, keychain- you name it! It also makes a great stocking stuffer or gift. It even works great as an essential oil roller holder! Just follow the pattern and use a hook size larger and worsted weight cotton yarn.

Supplies Needed:
-25-50 yards of any size #3 cotton crochet thread
-Size E 3.5 mm crochet hook (or size needed to obtain gauge)
-10 mm and 6 mm wooden beads with large central holes (Optional. I found mine in an assortment baggie at Wal-mart for around $5. There were a lot of beads in the bag.)
-2” piece of cardboard for tassel
-Yarn needle, scissors, tape measure

Gauge:
Since the piece is so small, we will be stopping to measure gauge after completing rows 1-5 of the pattern.
