Fiesta Bangle Bag
This bright bag is such a fun statement piece! It’s the perfect size and weight to carry your bare necessities when making a dash somewhere, or when you don’t want to carry a purse.
Supplies Needed:
-Size 4 worsted weight yarn, in 9 colors.
-size H (5.0 mm) hook
-measuring tape
-scissors
-pom-pom ribbon trim. (I found mine at Walmart. You need less than 1 spool for this project. You can find it in other craft stores on the spool sold by the yard, or in the section with the felt)
-colorful wooden beads of your choice (I used 24 for each bangle and 4 for the tassels)
-Monofilament Illusion Cord (found in the beading section at your local craft store)
-yarn needle, regular sewing needle, matching thread
-fabric for your lining, less than a 1/4 yard. (I used jersey knit stretch fabric that was reversible and doesn’t fray)
-2 stitch markers
Gauge:
After completing round 1 of pattern, block should measure approximately 2.5” (6.5 cm) x 1 3/4” (4.5 cm)
