I love using up my leftover yarn and I believe I’m not the only one! This pattern is a “blank canvas” for you to create your very own striped sweater with many useful tips to help you.

This raglan sweater is worked seamlessly from top down. The work begins with the neck ribbing. The neckline is then shaped with short rows. When the raglan increases are completed, sleeve stitches are placed on hold. The body is then worked in the round towards the hem and finished off with a ribbing. Sleeve stitches are then placed back on the needles and the sleeves are worked in the round towards the cuffs.
The pattern includes photo tutorials for german short rows and tubular bind-off. On the last page you can find a few blank sweater sketches that you can print out and draw your stripes on!

YARN
885 (1015, 1120, 1225, 1330, 1455, 1560, 1665) yds / 810 (925, 1020, 1120, 1215, 1330, 1425, 1520) m fingering weight yarn and the same amount of laceweight mohair to be held together
or DK-weight yarn if working with a single strand.

The yarns shown in sample are Filcolana Arwetta Classic (230 yds / 210 m per 50 g skein; 80 % superwash merino wool, 20 % nylon) and Filcolana Tilia (230 yds / 210 m per 25 g skein; 70 % kid mohair, 30 % silk).
