Serpentine Sweater
If you purchase 5 or more patterns from my Ravelry Store at the same time (be sure to place them all on your cart before checking out), you will automatically receive a 25% discount.
Cozy mock turtleneck with raglan sleeves and a bit of colorwork. The sweater is worked seamlessly from top down and requires minimal finishing.
The work begins with the neckline shaping which is worked back and forth in rows. After that the fronts are joined and the rest of the upper body is worked in the round. When the raglan increases are completed, sleeve stitches are placed on hold. The body is then worked in the round towards the hem. Sleeve stitches are then placed back on the needles and the sleeves are worked in the round towards the cuffs. Stitches for the neck ribbing are picked up around the neckline and the neck ribbing is worked in the round.
The pattern includes photo tutorials for the lifted increases and for the special wrapped stitch that is used in the colorwork pattern. The colorwork pattern has both charted and written instructions.
