Binkylove
Is it a lovey? Is it a Binky? Nope….it is a Binkylove!!
Binkylove is perfect for little hands to grasp, and is small enough to get chucked in a diaper bag when out and about. Made in a cotton blend yarn - it is also easy to chuck in the wash to get clean - the dream for new parents.
Binkylove is also a speedy wee knit, perfect for last minute gifting or an upcoming baby shower (also great for stash-busting!)
While gauge isn’t super important, if you have larger needles or yarn, it will result in a bigger Binkylove. Binkylove is also great for using up yarn from your stash; I used one ball of the Beige yarn for four heads, 16 paws and four sets of ears!
A massive thank you to the wonderful testers of this pattern and their feedback - it was invaluable!
To make a Binkylove you will need:
Needles: 4mm/US 6 knitting needles, 4mm/US 6 double pointed needles. One tester used the “magic loop” method using circular needles and reported that it worked well
Yarn: DK yarn in a washable blend. You will need approximately 40 yards/36.5 meters of each color yarn.
Notions: Yarn needle, thread for embroidering the face, stuffing.
