The unblocked measurement of the cowl as shown are: 9” in height, 22” in neck circumference and 44” in the bottom edge circumference.

US 17 (12 mm) circular needle 24” (61 cm) in length.
1 Stitch marker.
Darning needle or crochet hook for finishing.

Gauge
4.5 sts and 6 rows in 2” of Stockinette stitch.

Knit and purl in the round, decreases, bind off, weaving in ends and optional blocking. The sample as shown was left unblocked.
