The mesmerizing dots within the diamonds of this motif remind me of my favorite summer fruit - berries! This cozy rug transforms any floor space with a spunky pop of yellow and comforting blues and purples. Knit up this rug in no time using super bulky yarn and an easy to memorize motif!

Yarn
Lion Brand Wool Ease Thick & Quick (80% acrylic, 20% wool), super bulky, 170g (97 m/106 yds), in the following shades:

• Fisherman (099); 2 balls
• Petrol Blue (109); 1 ball
• Fig (146); 1 ball
• Mustard (158); 1 ball

Knitting Needles

• Size 8mm (US 11) needles
• Size 9mm (US 13) needles

Other Tools and Materials

• Stitch markers (optional)
• Crochet hook (to apply fringe)
• Cardboard rectangle measuring approximately 30 x 15cm (12 x 6in)

Tension/Gauge
13 sts and 22 rows measure 10 x 10cm (4 x 4in) over mosaic motif using 9mm (US13)
needles.

Finished Size
48 x 85cm (19 x 33.5in) after blocking without fringe
48 x 110cm (19 x 43in) with fringe
