Arboricole
High in the tree tops, leaves rustle in the wind, a gentle and calming music.
I hear a bird singing, joyful and determined. It’s a whole different world up there, teeming with life, and yet inaccessible to us, humans… Imagine life in the canopy, full of mystery, catching moisture, sun, and wind as day and night go by.
The Arboricole cowl is inspired by all things “tree”. The cowl playfully features bold twisted traveling cables — reminiscent of steady trunks and graceful vines — climbing up the cowl, and a lace stitch pattern of exuberant canopies. Are you ready to explore the canopy too? Then come join us on this playful journey and wrap yourself in leafy comfort!
For best effect, use a round yarn with good stitch definition. Yarn weights ranging from fingering to DK would be suitable. As for colorways, I would recommend solid, semi-solid, or gradient (single skein or gradient set) yarns.

Renaissance Dyeing Merinos d’Arles (Fingering; 100% Merino; 380 meters / 416 yards per 100 grams); 2 skeins; sample uses 147 grams in color Jade.
