Amanda's Lacy Mitts
These simple but cute mitts are perfect for when you just need a bit of warmth for your hands, but still need your fingers free for typing, texting, or other tasks where a full mitten might interfere.
The cuff is a very easy combination of purl rounds alternating with knit rounds with some eyelet detail, creating some nice warmth for your arms and wrists. The eyelet detail is carried into the back of the hand, and the mitt is finished with purl rounds.
The size is for an Adult Medium, but there is enough stretch to fit a fairly large hand, and enough negative ease for a smaller hand. If you have very small hands, going down one needle size should work well.
These mitts are a great stashbuster, because they only use about 100 yards for the pair, depending on how long you make the cuff.
The pattern contains a chart for each hand, and completely written out instructions.
