AISANCE : French for for ease, fluency, fluidity.
Cardigan is knitted flat from the top down. Beginning at the back of the neck with a provisional cast on, the neckband is worked back and forth, then stitches for the yoke are picked up from the neckband. Yoke is shaped with raglan increases. Lower body is knitted flat, back and forth; sleeves are worked in the round.
