Samples are not knit in the Wol met Verve Advent 2021 kit but same yarn,the Merino sock twist, in other colors.

The sweater is designed for the Wol met Verve Advent calendar but can be knit from any kind of mini skeins with the same weight and length. You can also work with a fade set or just in one colour. In the pattern you find instructions when to start the next mini skein and how much you need to save for the sleeves. For the fade set you use one 100g skein for the yoke lace pattern and from the other 100g skeins you save at least 35g for the sleeves.
If you knit one of the 4 larger sizes you need the extra 5 mini skeins set which Wol met Verve offered together with the Advents Calendar kit or 5 other matching mini skeins.
The sweater is worked top down with German short rows to form the neckline.

Gauge: 24 sts and 36 rows to 10 cm/ 4 inches over stockinette worked flat on 3.25 mm/ US 3 needles.
Yarn:24 mini skeins Advent calendar set Wol met Verve, Merino Twist Sock Mini, 80% superwash merino, 20% nylon. (20g/ 73,5 m). (Extra set of 5 mini skeins for the 4 larger sizes)
OR 3 (3, 4, 4)(4, 5, 5)(6, 6, 6) x100g skein (MC) Merino Twist Sock, 80% superwash merino, 20% nylon. (100g/ 366 m).
