The 2018 Mermaid CAL consists of two separate blanket patterns:

Kiss the Girl- a lacy, lightweight version with abstract representations of Ariel, Flounder, The Mermaid Sisters, Sebastian (featuring my original Calypso Crab stitch), Ursula, Flotsam & Jetsam, and King Triton. This blanket features Scheepjes Stonewashed DK weight yarn but can be made in any weight you prefer. Just remember, different weights will yield different sizes. This pattern has FULL VIDEO support from beginning to end.

Under the Sea- is a heavier, less lacy version which still represents Ariel, Flounder, Sebastian, Ursula, Flotsam & Jetsam, and King Triton, but includes a wave pattern between each character helping them to stand out more prominently. This pattern does NOT have full video support from beginning to end.
