The inspiration behind the yarn….

It was a clear, starry night. The crafter reached up towards the sky, until they could feel the soft touch of the moon beams between their fingers. Grasping the light, the crafter pulled at the glowing tendrils and wound them through the branches of a tree. A few beams touched the forest floor and illuminated the autumn leaves, making them glisten in the light. More and more moonbeams were pulled down from the starry sky and spun into beautiful balls of yarn, capturing the spirit of sundown. When day broke, the crafter turned to the sun, basking in its warmth. Paradise. The light made the blades of grass shimmer, the frothy seedheads dance and the foxgloves glow. The sun gave way to more colours, so the crafter took a branch and started to weave. A bright rainbow was created from the flowers, a rose garden from the petals, a blue lagoon from the dew. Skipping and weaving, the crafter had made 40 different shades of yarn. Headliner was born. Feeling inspired, the crafter wanted to create more. In the warm glow of the sunset, they could see sugar plums, hanging from a tree. At the waters edge, a nest of duck eggs was sheltered among the tall grass. Dandelion heads glowed a primrose yellow in the changing light. As the sun dipped behind the trees, the sky turned scarlet red and amethyst. The crafter reached up one last time to catch the beautiful colours. Winding the threads into small balls, Support Act was created, forever capturing the rainbow of colours that nature had provided.
