With the aim of supporting small wool producers, Mota was developed as a collaboration with several local ranching families. Each contributing the finest their flock had to offer in order to produce this very special yarn.

Mota is a collection made entirely in the heart of Castilla-La Mancha, and is named to honor our roots in the town of Mota del Cuervo. Thanks to the proximity of the farms to our mill, Mota is produced with one of the smallest carbon footprints on the market!

Spun from carefully selected fleeces from each ranch, Mota shows that even the small ranches can produce valuable wools. The resulting yarn is a soft and lofty 3 ply DK that will give each project a special connection to the origins of their materials. Offering a wide variety of colors and shades, Mota lets your imagination run free!
