Scout
Scout stock is getting really quite low, and we’ve decided not to do another run so we could pour everything into our new local range (coming in July). So this is just a friendly heads up if you wanted to get your lovely hands on Scout then now is the time!
Also, all orders over $150 have free shipping worldwide.

Wool lovers meet Scout - Scout meet wool lovers.
Scout is unbelievably soft, a little lofty and has a matte pearlescent glow; highlighted by the modern twist on classic colours we’ve dressed it up in. The yarn sits beautifully on 5mm needles & the 2 ply structure shows off the wool at its absolute best.
Spun from certified biodynamic Merino from Eden Valley Farm in Dumbleyung, Western Australia, and minimally processed following organic standards in New Zealand, Scout is sturdy, supple and longs for wool-on-skin contact. Wraps, scarfs, hats, gloves, blankets, tops and light jumpers are a great place to start.
Iconic Merino
Scout is spun from single source 21 micron certified biodynamic Australian merino fleece – the finest quality wool we could find.
Show me the Wool
Scout is all about the wool, which we have gently captured in a balanced 2 ply structure to highlight it’s lofty softness.
Hug me
The low micron count, and tiny scale size, of the wool we use for Scout means that it’s incredibly soft and perfect for next to skin wear – even on the most sensitive of skins.
As Nature Intended
Scout has been minimally processed following organic standards from certified biodynamic wool, so there is no nasty chemical residue hidden in the yarn – only more gorgeous wool.
Packed with Care
We use 100% post consumer Australian recycled paper for Scout’s jacket, and each ball is signed & packed by Megan, using biodegradable tape as a seal. We send our parcels in 100% post consumer Australian recycled tubes, designed to our specs so there is zero wasted space during shipping and so they can be reused (we think they are perfect storing yarn).
Adaptable
Being a little lofty, Scout has a forgiving gauge and knits up beautifully (and creates a different fabric) on 4.5mm through to 5.5mm needles (with 5mm being our favourite). This means Scout can be used for a wide variety of projects, however we recommend always swatching first to see if you like the feel of the fabric.
We hope you love creating with Scout X
