Elora is 100% Canadian, a locally-sourced yarn spun from Norbouillet (rambouillet-cross) fleeces. This fingering-weight wool is very fine, and is just as soft as our imported Merino. Our mini-skeins come in sets of 5 or 6 carefully chosen hand-dyed colours, perfect for colourwork or gradient patterns.

Because this is a custom-spun yarn these sets are limited in quantity - once each year’s batch is sold out we don’t re-stock until after next spring’s shearing!

Please note: Initial versions of these sets were smaller and contained slightly less yardage. If you purchased your set at the Toronto Knitter’s Frolic in 2016, please take note when stashing and adjust your yardage accordingly.
