Bernice works great as the main yarn for those ultra squishy projects, and is also great held together with other yarns to give projects that lovely halo effect. When dyed, Bernice’s saturated silky core fades into downy edges coalescing to a watercolor appearance. Bernice is a great substitute for mohair, but it’s so much softer it’s more like an upgrade!
