Unsere Babyalpaca Los Andes ist ein herrlich weiches, dickes Garn aus reiner Alpakawolle. In der Garnstärke Bulky lassen sich schnell wunderbar kuschelige Stücke daraus stricken.

Die Los Andes besteht zu 100 Prozent aus dem Haar von Jungtieren und ist damit besonders fein und weich. Die Faser stammt von Tieren aus dem Anden-Hochland von Peru. Los Andes gibt es in sieben schönen Naturtönen. Das Garn wird in Peru für uns versponnen.

Babyalpaca Los Andes ist zweifädig. Das voluminöse Garn lässt sich angenehm verarbeiten und hat ein sehr gleichmäßiges Maschenbild. Los Andes ist perfekt für alle Arten von Mustern, wirkt aber auch einfach glatt rechts verstrickt sehr schön. Die Wolle hat einen weichen Flausch. Wie alle Alpaka-Garne ist Los Andes trotz ihrer Weichheit sehr robust.

Babyalpaca Los Andes eignet sich hervorragend für warme Pullover und Jacken und ist ebenso perfekt für Accessoires wie Schals oder Mützen geeignet. Sie ist mollig warm und trotz ihrer Dicke sehr leicht und zart auf der Haut. Sie wird selbst von empfindlichen Menschen gut vertragen, und da Alpaka kaum Lanolin enthält, selbst von Woll-Allergikern.

Pflege

Wir empfehlen, Strickstücke aus Alpakawolle per Hand in lauwarmem Wasser mit einem milden Wollwaschmittel zu waschen.
Anschließend liegend trocknen, am besten auf einem Frottiertuch, um Verformungen zu vermeiden. Bitte auf keinen Fall direkt auf einer Heizquelle oder in der prallen Sonne trocknen!

Our Babyalpaca Los Andes is a wonderfully soft, thick yarn made of pure alpaca wool. This Bulky weight yarn makes it easy to knit wonderfully cosy garments.

Los Andes is made from the fleece of young alpacas and is, therefore, particularly fine and soft. The fibre comes from animals from the Andes highlands of Peru. Los Andes is available in seven beautiful natural shades. The yarn is spun in Peru.

Babyalpaca Los Andes is a two-ply yarn. The voluminous yarn is nice to work with and has a very even stitch definition. Los Andes is perfect for all kinds of textured patterns, but also looks very nice in stockinette stitch. The wool has a soft fleece. Like all alpaca yarns, Los Andes is very robust despite its softness.

Babyalpaca Los Andes is ideal for warm sweaters and jackets as well as accessories such as shawl and hats. It is warm and cosy and despite its thickness very light and soft on the skin. It is well tolerated even by people with sensitive skin. Because alpaca contains hardly any lanolin, it can also be worn by allergy sufferers.

Care

We recommend washing your knitwear from alpaca wool by hand in lukewarm water with a mild wool detergent. Dry flat, preferably on a terry towel, to keep its shape.
