Machine washable - Use warm water and Mary Maxim Cold Water Shampoo or any other milk soap. Always machine dry after machine washing at medium temperature; remove garment right after drying

Hand washing - Use warm water with Mary Maxim Cold Water Shampoo or any other mild soap. Rinse well in cold water and roll in towel to remove excess water. Dry on flat surface. Do not stretch or hang. Mold to shape and allow to dry thoroughly.
