This yarn is comprised of 50% superwash merino wool and 50% tencel. The tencel gives this yarn less “springiness” than pure wool, but also adds strength and durability. It’s silky and luxurious with a lovely sheen. It will create a sturdy and beautiful pair of socks, and with its lovely drape and sheen will work equally well for garments. The gauge is 24 to 38 stitches to 4 inches on US #1 to 2 needles (2.25 to 2.75 mm).

Care Instructions: Handwashing in cool water is the preferred method for washing any delicate hand knit or crocheted item. Projects made with this yarn can, however, be machine washed. Machine wash in cool water on gentle cycle and lay flat to dry.
