This is the finer version of British Blue 100, 100% British wool from the Bluefaced Leicester sheep. Considered Britain’s most luxurious fibre, the wool of this breed is supremely soft, due to the long staple fibres which are worsted spun to create a fine, lightweight yarn that is low pilling and hard wearing. Known for its lustre, this wool has a subtle sheen for excellent stitch definition due to its densely curled fleece and takes dye extremely well for a vibrant, shimmering effect.

The raw wool of course is sourced in Great Britain. It is dyed and spun in our favourite mill in Turkey.
