The name of this yarn says it all: Kashmir is a region in the Himalayan Mountains on 1700m altitude. The climate in summer is mild, sometimes even chilly. So our Summer in Kashmir offers all the properties needed in these regions. It is a wonderfully soft cotton refined with 10% of cashmere. The combination of these two materials makes this GOTS certified organic yarn a popular partner for all year round, for various climate zones, for inside and outside, for young and old. The small percentage of cashmere gives the yarn a delicate softness, which can be seen when you hold the yarn against light, but the yarn is not “fluffy-hairy”, so it is also very suitable for baby clothes.
