Knitting: Tee
Inlet has a clean look and shows off the beauty of the yarn. This top only uses knit and purl stitches. To make an interesting texture without being complicated, some sections are worked with two strands of yarn held together, and some sections are worked with one strand of yarn.
Knitting: Pullover
This pullover uses three different sizes of the same lace pattern. The large lace pattern is worked at the bottom of the front which creates a wavy hem. The medium lace pattern is worked in the middle of the front and back. The small lace pattern is worked on the sleeves.
Knitting: Tee
This lightweight top has two options for sleeves. The flutter sleeves are left unseamed at the edges so they flutter and add unexpected interest. It’s a playful and unique style. The kimono sleeves have a relaxed yet elegant look because it has a larger portion of see-through fabric.
Knitting: Pullover
You need to know only knit, purl and slip stiches to make this top. No shaping is worked as the stitch pattern automatically shapes the neckline. Interesting vertical stripes using two colors, combining Stockinette Stitch and Reverse Stockinette Stitch, and alternating those stitches add interest for the color play and texture.
Knitting: Cardigan
The body and sleeves of this cardigan are knit without any shaping. So, you can focus and enjoy creating a unique knitted fabric. The Body stitch pattern is a combination of stockinette stitch and a lace pattern, and the lace pattern sections vary in width, creating an asymmetrical look.
Knitting: Scarf
This unique scarf is a lovely accessory that can be worn with a variety of outfits – a simple tank or a turtleneck.
Knitting: Tee
This is the second design in the Shadows series. For this version, there are a few sleeve choices: sleeveless, T style sleeves and 3/4 sleeves. There is no neck shaping so it is easier to adjust the neck width to your preference.
Knitting: Pullover
Crossroads ll is knitted with a combination of lace, stockinette and reverse stockinette stitches.
Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
Links is a beautiful and simple textured cowl. It is made by combining smooth stockinette and textured eyelet stitches. Due to working with two strands of tape yarn held together using larger needles, the knitted fabric is chunky and textured. The larger eyelets make the fabric lighter.
Knitting: Pullover
Elemental Dolman is worked from the top down with a pretty lace stitch pattern at the shoulders. Once the shoulders have enough length, the Front and Back are worked separately. The Front and Back are joined again to work the lower body in the round. The body length is adjustable.
Knitting: Pullover
This asymmetrical top is shaped with slipped stitches. Slipped stitches worked only on one side of the top pull the knitted fabric up on that side. The shorter right side and longer left side create visual interest. The eyelet stitch pattern in the windows created by the slipped stitches are an attractive focal point.
Knitting: Pullover
This beautiful textured raglan pullover is worked seamlessly from the top down. Using DanDoh DK Cotton, this yarn’s thick and thin characteristic makes for a unique fabric. Wear it with “Elemental Cowl” in different look.
Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
The shawl begins with full motif patterns and then partial motif patterns make up the edges, giving the edges a clean line. For the longer top edging is used a part of the motif pattern and finished the edging, and it comes the zigzag edging after the shawl was blocked.I’m sure that you will enjoy wearing this shawl for a night out on the town!
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
I did not have any hats until a couple of months ago. I own one now because I met a woman who always wears hats, and her sense of style made me want to have a hat. She wears very simple clothes, but her hats make her fashion statement. Her hats are not too decorative but striking in style, and just simple enough to match everyday clothes. The h...
Knitting: Sleeveless Top
I needed a knitted top for a special event in Japan. The event was in the fall, and I wanted the knitted top to match their seasonal style. Also, of course, I wanted to wear it in the warm climate here in Arizona. I designed a vest with large armholes so I can wear it with a tank top for a cool and breezy look, or I can wear it with a long slee...
Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
I started to make a poncho with a vertical Dropped Cable stitch pattern. I seamed it, then I tried it on… and I was surprised that it was an uncomfortable fit. The vertical cables were right next to my arm and did not have any stretch! So I put it into a time-out.
Crochet: Bracelet
This simple quick project makes a sparkly accessory and a thoughtful gift. It is the perfect beginner project, using only chains. Beads, cord ends, and toggle clasps give a perfectly finished look to your bracelets. There are 2 styles of bracelet, if you add a chain to the cord ends, you can use it as necklace as well!
Knitting: Scarf
This small scarflette is perfect for a touch of warmth on a cool summer evening or a breezy spring day. It is a shallow triangular shape and knit from side to side in stockinette stitch with a simple lace edging. Using about 210 yards of DK weight yarn, it is easy, fun to knit and quite quick.
Knitting: Cowl
This simple cowl is a great project for adventurous beginning knitters willing to try knitting two strands of yarn held together and making fun color combinations. Three wide blocks make up this cowl. The top and bottom blocks are two different solid colors, and the center block uses one of each of these colors. The yarn I used is a thin cotton...
Knitting: Sleeveless Top
This poncho-like pullover is made by knitting two rectangles: one for the right front and back and another one for the left front and back. The two rectangles are seamed together along one long edge of each rectangle to make the center seam of the pullover, leaving an opening for the neck.
Crochet: Scarf
This lacy ruffles scarf is layered with 2 different sized strips and are not sewn together! First, make a larger base strip, then make a smaller strip over the first strip, joining as you go. Or you can make just one strip for a single layer, and that would be a lovely scarf by itself, too. The center chain spaces are used as buttonholes that a...
Knitting: Pullover
This is beautiful lacy textured Top. I designed it to be short but oversized, and with short sleeves. I like the combination of the short length with the extra ease, which gives it grate drape. The pattern offers three chest sizes and too length so you can choose the combination that works best for your style.
Knitting: Cowl
This is a simple cowl that is easy to enjoy making because of its combination of patterns. This wavy line is not with short rows. It is the combination of slip stitches and knit stitches. The wavy lines which are created by slipped stitches, make fun “windows”, and some “windows” have eyelet or seed stitch patterns to give them some variation.
Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
It takes a lot of knitting to make a shawl, often more than you think, and it can feel like it takes forever to complete one. This shawl combines four simple stitch patterns, so that’s enough variety that you will enjoy working it to the end. As a fun bonus, there are different lacy patterns at each end to create an asymmetrical look
Knitting: Sleeveless Top
I designed it to be a sleeveless top with no body shaping. But the neck shaping is a little more challenging on this one. If you prefer not to do the neck shaping, you can knit the front the same as the back, and your top will have more of a boat neck. Placing a couple of stitch markers on your work to keep track of the stitches as you decrease...
Knitting: Scarf
This simple scarf has fun edges, and stockinette stich loops to purl one end through to hold it closed. It starts at the cable knot edge, then you work an easy stitch pattern made with a combination of Knit and Purl stitches. At the end, work stockinette stitch strips and graft them to the body of the scarf. Then enjoy this simple but stylish s...
Knitting: Vest
This simple shape garment can be worn two ways, with short side up (Vest) or with the Longer side up (Shawl).
Knitting: Poncho
This poncho is made by knitting a rectangle. Then you seam the Cast-On edge to part of the longer edge to make the shape of the Poncho.
