You can use any yarn or hooks. Just check your gauge.You may have to increase or decrease some rounds for smaller hands as well as for bigger hands. Just make sure what ever the increase or decrease is you do it with even numbers as final row/round counts.

You can use any worsted weight yarn or baby yarn. Adjust the hook size if needed.

This is a pattern you could do with any worsted weight yarn. I had used Michael’s Loops & Threads Impeccable Yarn, Solid. I have had testers use Red Heart Super Savers,Caron Cakes as well as other yarns.
