Knitting: Cowl
A textured cowl to go with that classy raincoat. This pattern has a lovely B-side as well so you can choose how to wear it. This is a lovely Canadian yarn I picked up at Fibrations, Victoria last year from That Darn Yarn Shoppe in Kamloops, BC. So awesome are their yarns. This llama wool cardi boasts a cable rib feature with a lovely hand-dyed mohair will contrasting shawl collar and pockets. Lovely and soft this knits up fast. The shawl collar requires a reversal of the cabling pattern as the collar turns. 2 skeins of the hand-dyed mohair wool trim are required (260m).

A top-down lace poncho worked in a lovely 2ply mohair wool colour gradation - 1 skein of each colour is required. The colour reminds me of the warmth of the summer sun. Fun and playful yet elegant and sophisticated, oh its so you! Can be worn off the shoulder as well.

An exquisitely soft Twisted Sisters Pokemon alpaca makes this shawl a delight to knit and wear. A triangular shawl starts at one side and adds on using 2 alternating garter and lace patterns to the centre then decrease to finish. The colours of pinks and light blues set against the dark brown/black was a must have. I knit it up with 1 circular needle but would recommend using 2 because of the weight of the rug.
