This is a top (or cuff) down construction sock with a short row heel. Of course you can use any heel you would like. It is knit with (2) size 2.25mm circular needles and is full of cables.

Cabled mitts, X’s and O’s and Diamonds on the front of the mitt. Garter stitch egding. The palm side of the cuff is worked in rib for a snug fit.
