Crochet: Containers
These baskets were designed using the same stitch combination as the Stephen Rug pattern. The visual effect of a woven fabric inspired the design along with my love for baskets. I named the set after my nephew as I picture them being fun for kiddos to empty and refill in addition to being useful for holding toys.
Crochet: Earrings
I love flowers and the shapes of raindrops and this pattern combines the two for a fun dangly earring design. They are named after my sister who spends lots of time among the flowers in the yard tending her chickens, quail and turkeys along with weeding. Rain never deters her, either!

Originally, the tassel earrings were my goal, but my sister mentioned how she would like them the other way. I figured out how to be able to make these earrings both ways and was both inspired to add beads and use it as a bunting! Thus this pattern has 4 options.

Inspired by my brother who loves plants, the Stevie Plant Hanger is designed to bear a resemblance to macramé without having to learn a new craft. Through the use of long stitches and chains, this pattern hopes to resemble the knots and hanging strings of macramé plant hangers.

Slouch hats are wonderful in how they can cover a messy bun on a busy day while still keeping you warm and looking cute.
Crochet: Baby Blanket
Inspired by a trip my family and I took to a river in Korea that abounded in beauty and wildlife, the Riverside Serenity baby blanket takes me right back to that place and time. I fell in love with the willow trees, the poppies, the birds and all of the beautiful wildflowers. I hope it lends that serene atmosphere to those who see it as well as...
