Crochet: Cowl
The infinity scarf is worked using the Tunisian Crochet technique. It is a simple design worked in a 12 row pattern repeat. There is a combination of easy and not so easy Tunisian stitches in the pattern and is suitable for the intermediate crocheter. It’s also a good challenge for the beginner who has some knowledge of Tunisian Crochet.
Crochet: Throw
The Sweet Meadows blanket is worked using the Tunisian Crochet technique with a standard crochet border. 37 hexagons are made in total and joined together to form the blanket finishing with a beautiful border.
Crochet: Shawl / Wrap
The Toucan Shawl is worked using only three simple Tunisian Crochet stitches. There is a single crochet border which is optional but adds that little something to the design.
Crochet: Decorative - Other
This wind spinner is created using a combination of Tunisian and standard crochet stitches.
Crochet: Pillow / Cushion
This cushion cover is created using Tunisian crochet with the finishing touches in standard crochet. It is worked using the mitered square technique with a great combination of Tunisian crochet stitches which result in the lovely texture.
Crochet: Baby Blanket
The Fox Tales Overlay mosaic crochet blanket is worked using the tapestry and overlay mosaic crochet techniques. Two main colours are used for the main project and another used for the nose and eyes. A lovely gift to give for a new baby of small child.
Crochet: Cowl
The Ochre cowl is worked in the round using two contrasting colours and the Mosaic Crochet Overlay technique. When working in the round, there are very few ends to weave in at the end of the project which is plus for any crocheter. This is also a great project to practice the Mosaic crochet technique.
Crochet: Purse / Handbag
This mobile phone holder is created using the Mosaic crochet technique. The strap which is optional is made using standard crochet.
