Mon Confort is a triangular shawl that has stripes as well as bands of “Flowers” that are fun to knit and wear! Relaxing garter stitch with simple increases keep the knitting easy, while the color changes and flower bands keep it interesting.

Little Flower Bud is a darling, sleeveless dress. The deep armholes allow it to be worn pinafore style over a top or dress. The dress is worked in the round until the armholes and then the back and front are worked separately. The back has a keyhole opening with a single button closure.

A great way to use small amounts of pretty Koigu yarn!

This is a swingy vest with waist shaping and little flares at the sides. The fronts come together with a v-neck and then continue to increase out to swingy points. The back and fronts are knitted separately and then joined at underarm and vest is finished in one piece. Can be worn open or closed with a shawl pin.

Whimsy is a slightly swingy, open-front cardigan with a lacy knit shawl collar. The construction is top-down with a slight gathering in the body at yoke. The body of the sweater is knit in one piece, with the collar piece knitted separately and sewn on. A contrasting knitted-on I-cord trim defines the yoke.

This cowl can be pulled up over your head and is still long enough to keep your neck warm. You can make a nice cowl with about 250 yards if you don’t want to be able to pull it up over your head. Frog Tree Pediboo makes a lovely one, as well as Koigu KPPPM.

This Christmas stocking has a mix of entrelac and fair isle with appliqued holly leaves. The design allows for plenty of customization with colors. The original stocking uses about 9-10 colors, but will look just as pretty with 4-5.

Rosie is a top-down raglan cardigan knit it one piece. Extra width is added to the body after the yoke is completed. Sleeves are in knit in the round.

A half hank of the Mountain Colors’ wool crepe will make the small and a full hank, the large. You also need one US 8 (5 mm) circular needle at least 24” long and one size G/6 (4.5 mm) or H/8 (5 mm) crochet hook (optional). Shawl is knit with a single strand of the wool crepe yarn.
