Knitting: Fingerless Gloves
The stashmitts are a great way to use up those small amounts of leftover yarn you just couldn’t bear to throw away! Make two identical stashmitts like I did, or be funky and make a fraternal pair. To make my pair I used four Classy mini-skeins (2 of the main color and one of each contrast color).

Knitting: Cozy - Other
When I saw the taxidermy squirrel cozies on the strongest beer in the world, I immediately thought of how cool a Scrat cozy would be. After all, a sabertooth squirrel can protect your beverage better than a regular squirrel, right? Especially if he is motivated by the acorn on the cap. Knitting: Chart
Chart only, not a complete pattern. This is the Flamel Cross, seen often in the anime Fullmetal Alchemist (although it is a real symbol outside the anime as well). It represents continuing life. The chart is 19 st x 33 rows.

This is a quick to make pattern for kilt hose, based on Aislinn Charlton-Dennis’ Toirneach Kilt Hose. She made a fantastic pattern, which I have adapted to use much bigger yarn for a quicker finished product. It is designed to use either super bulky weight yarn or double-stranded worsted weight (hence the contradicting yarn information above!) ...

Hipcat’s Mittens were designed for my husband, who requested “plain mittens”. I wasn’t able to find any patterns I liked for the bulky yarn I had, so I made my own.
