Knitting: Cowl
Enjoy the warmth. This two-toned Hounds-tooth pattern is worked as Fair Isle in the round and creates a double thickness of fabric.

This wintery cowl is provisionally cast on and knit flat in a combination of seed stitch and openwork panels. Worked in one long rectangle, the ends are joined using the three-needle bind off technique.

Mittens are offered in two sizes, sm/med and large. Should you desire even larger mittens, simply make ribbing for the large size, then increase an additional multiple of 3 for each half-inch desired. No other changes are needed.
Crochet: Scarf
Both sides different but both full of color and texture making this the perfect reversible scarf and/or wrap. Both sizes can be made from the two skeins. Make one to give and one to keep.

This is a Tunisian crochet pattern. Skill level: easy. The pattern calls for 1/2 skein of Rick Rack from Interlacements (100% rayon, 16 oz; 1200 yards.)
